Yasemin Erturk

Musıc Teacher & Accompanimenter​     

 

     Yasemin Ertürk,  started her first piano training at the age of 8, continued her primary and secondary education at Uludağ University State Conservatory in Bursa. For high school she entered the school by passing the talent exam in Zeki Müren Anatolian Fine Arts High School and  she took intensive piano, flute, ear training, music theory and voice training lessons. After graduation her high school education she passed the exam as second place and continued her education in the same departments more comprehensively. In addition, he received intensive pedagogical training. She completed the university successfully and came in second place in Uludağ University, Faculty of Education, Department of Music Education in Bursa.           

          2012, she started teaching piano at the music workshop of Bursa Nilüfer Municipality. During her studies there, she worked as an instructor and piano accompanist in many concerts where students were active. During her undergraduate education, she participated in music education seminars.           

 

          2013, she graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Education, Department of Music Education with second place. She passed the master's degree exam with second place in the same year. Again in the same year, she was accepted to Bursa Nilüfer Municipality Polyphonic Choir. She gave concerts every year in Turkey and abroad as a chorister with this choir and participated in competitions organized in various countries.           

   

          2014, she continued her duty as a music teacher at Bursa Pembe Kule Montessori Kindergarten for two years. In the same year, she taught music history, hearing and orchestra courses at Bursa Zeki Müren Fine Arts High School.           2015, as part of her master's degree, she worked with many professors in the fields of piano, choir, hearing, music history and music pedagogy at the Conservatorio di Musica L. Refice in Frosinone, Italy. She also gave a seminar on music pedagogy at this institution.           

 

          2016, she started working as a piano accompanist at the Nilüfer Polyphonic Children's Choir, established within the Bursa Nilüfer Municipality. She gave various concerts in the city with this choir.           

 

          2018, she successfully graduated from the master's program by completing her thesis at the Department of Music, Faculty of Education, Uludağ University.           

 

          Yasemin Ertürk, who decided to move to London, gives private piano, flute, hearing, vocal and music education lessons and continues her music studies in various private organizations.​
